• Express Delivery (DHL): We hold a corporate contract with DHL to offer discounted rates. However, final costs (including any potential remote area surcharges) can only be calculated once your full delivery address is provided.

Criteria for Weight Calculation: The shipping cost is determined by comparing the Gross Weight of the cargo with its Volumetric Weight (calculated from the package's three-dimensional sizes). Whichever value is greater will be used as the final basis for calculating the freight.

Volumetric Weight Formula:
Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

Notice on DHL Remote Area Fees:
If your delivery address is classified as a remote area by DHL, the corresponding remote area surcharge will be calculated and included in your total shipping cost when you inquire about shipping rates. • Sea Freight (Door-to-Door): For larger orders or bulk components, we work with reliable shipping lines to provide door-to-door sea freight. This option also requires your detailed address for an accurate quotation.
