### Order Processing Time
Standard lighting accessories and hardware components are processed within 3-5 business days. For customized products or bulk chandelier orders, please allow 15-30 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
### Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight and destination.
* **Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS):** 5-9 business days.
* **Standard Air Shipping:** 10-20 business days.
* **Sea Freight / Ocean Shipping (For bulk orders):** 30-45 business days.

### Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
### Damages & Missing Components
We take great care in packaging our products, especially fragile glass and crystal parts. If you receive your order with damaged items or missing hardware components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange free replacement parts for you immediately.
