Refund Policy

Welcome to Rifu Global. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of lighting fixtures and hardware accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below:

1. Return Period and Basic Conditions
We offer a 14-day return application window. You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
- The product must be uninstalled, unwired, and free of any scratches, installation marks, or construction damage.
- It must have the original tags and be in its original packaging (including internal shockproof foam and protective bags) intact.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as the order number).

2. Return Process
To start a return or exchange process, you must first contact us at our official email: yz410204@gmail.com.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once our customer service team approves your return request, we will send you the specific return warehouse address and mailing instructions. Please do not mail the package directly to the business license address.

3. Return Shipping Fees (Important)
- Quality Issues: If the product has confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us with photos or videos within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, we will bear the return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund for you.
- Non-Quality Issues (Customer's Personal Reasons): Returns are allowed if you bought the wrong size/model, or simply changed your mind, provided that the product remains in resalable condition. However, the buyer must bear all international shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and related duties for returning the product, and the initial shipping fee for the order is non-refundable.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following situations and products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom Products: All non-standard lighting fixtures, hardware accessories, special specifications, or personalized orders customized according to specific customer requirements.
- Large Bulk / Project Orders: Large-volume commercial wholesale purchases ordered specifically for projects or bulk supply cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun or items have been shipped.
- Promotional Items and Gift Cards: All clearance items, special sale products, free gifts, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.Customized & Made-to-Order Items (Cancellation & Return Policy): Many of our high-end lighting products are bespoke or made-to-order. Production begins immediately once your payment is confirmed.

Within 24 Hours: You may request a cancellation or modification.

After 24 Hours: Cancellations, changes, or refunds are NOT accepted after 24 hours of purchase, as material procurement and manufacturing have already commenced.

Upon Delivery: Custom bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable for non-quality reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect measurements).

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return request is accepted and the item is sent back, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, the product must still meet the conditions outlined in Section 1 of this policy ("original packaging, uninstalled, unused, and in resalable condition").

8. Refund Approval and Processing
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. If the inspection is passed and the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
