Please check your order carefully before submitting; once accepted and entered into the production or shipping process, Rifu Global may not be able to accept requests for order cancellation. Your purchase can be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy. We welcome global wholesalers, contractors, and retailers for commercial procurement.

We are not responsible or liable for any shipping and delivery delays caused by international logistics carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, or any force majeure circumstances beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates based on past experience and cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely accurate. Once we hand over the products to the international shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers according to the specific trade terms, but we will actively assist clients with logistics tracking and claims.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as logistics tracking tools) which we neither monitor nor have any control over nor input.
