1. Accurate Shipping Quote Required
Since we specialize in high-end, fragile, and large-scale lighting products, shipping costs vary significantly based on your exact location, dimensions, and the delivery method.

• Express Delivery (DHL): We hold a corporate contract with DHL to offer discounted rates. However, final costs (including any potential remote area surcharges) can only be calculated once your full delivery address is provided.

Criteria for Weight Calculation: The shipping cost is determined by comparing the Gross Weight of the cargo with its Volumetric Weight (calculated from the package's three-dimensional sizes). Whichever value is greater will be used as the final basis for calculating the freight.

Volumetric Weight Formula:
Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

Notice on DHL Remote Area Fees:
If your delivery address is classified as a remote area by DHL, the corresponding remote area surcharge will be calculated and included in your total shipping cost when you inquire about shipping rates. We highly recommend customers in remote areas contact our customer service before purchasing, so we can provide an accurate all-inclusive shipping quote. Thank you for your cooperation!

• Sea Freight (Door-to-Door): For larger orders or bulk components, we work with reliable shipping lines to provide door-to-door sea freight. This option also requires your detailed address for an accurate quotation.

📬 How to get a quote? Please contact us directly or provide your detailed address at checkout/via email before payment. We will calculate the optimal and most secure shipping fee for you within 24 hours.

2. Customs Duties & Taxes (Import Policy)

Who Pays? In accordance with international trade standards, all import customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are borne by the buyer (customer) and paid directly to your local customs or the courier upon arrival. We do not collect these fees in advance.

Our Support: To assist you with a smooth customs clearance process and help you estimate potential costs, we will gladly provide the official HS Code (Harmonious System Code) for your specific lighting items upon request. Please consult your local customs office for precise tariff rates.

"Since the volume and weight specifications of lighting fixtures vary, the shipping cost displayed by the system is not the final freight.
