For exhibitions, events, business meetings, company visits, and other business activities held in China, we can arrange Chinese-Japanese interpreters to accompany you throughout your visit.

In addition to on-site interpretation, we can also assist with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and other services related to your business trip, if required.

【Within Guangdong Province】

RMB 800–1,200 / day

Rates may vary depending on the interpreter's experience, the scope of services, and other factors.

【Within Mainland China】

RMB 1,000–1,800 / day

Rates may vary depending on the location, dates, scope of services, and other factors.

【Hong Kong & Macau】

RMB 1,500–2,500 / day

Rates may vary depending on the location, dates, scope of services, and other factors.

Service Hours & Reservations

【Standard Service Hours】

9:00–18:00

Additional charges may apply for services provided outside the above hours.

【Reservations】

For services within Mainland China, we generally recommend making a reservation 1–2 weeks in advance.

For services in Hong Kong and Macau, due to scheduling and arrangement requirements, we recommend making a reservation 2–3 weeks in advance.

For exhibitions and busy periods, early reservations are recommended.

Hotel reservation arrangement: Free of charge

Hotel accommodation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

【Vehicle & Driver Services】

We can also assist with arranging vehicles and drivers for exhibitions, company visits, business meetings, factory tours, and other business activities.

By combining vehicle and driver services with interpretation, we can provide smooth and convenient support throughout your business trip, from local transportation and company visits to business meetings.

Rates vary depending on the vehicle type, duration of use, travel distance, service area, and other factors.

A quotation can be provided in advance based on your specific requirements and itinerary.

③ Additional Expenses & Payment

【Additional Expenses】

In addition to the interpretation service fee, the following expenses are generally the responsibility of the customer:

・Transportation expenses
・Meals
・Accommodation
・Other actual expenses necessary for providing the service

【Payment Methods】

・Bank transfer
・Cash

If an invoice or receipt is required, additional taxes of 6–8% may apply.
